A civic activist in Little Rock has filed suit against former Gov. Mike Huckabee, accusing him of breaking the state open records law when his administration destroyed government-own hard drives before he left office in January. The state’s Ethics Commission, previously dismissed two complaints filed by the activist, Jim Parsons. The state’s attorney general said he could find no basis to take action against the former governor. (8/1/07)
