A federal judge ruled that the Center for Reproductive Rights, an advocacy group, can subpoena three years worth of documents, including e-mails between the White House’s domestic policy office and Food and Drug Administration officials. The group has sued the FDA in an effort to lift age restrictions on sales of nonprescription Plan B emergency-contraceptive pills. (11/13/06)
