The city of Albuquerque adopted a pair of open government ordinances and dedicated their actions to the late Bob Johnson, who had directed the New Mexico Foundation for Open Government. The ordinances establish a uniform policy for handling public records, also requiring contractors to provide public records, and provide for public inspection of computer databases. (9/26/07)
