The terrorist attacks on 9/11 prompted every state but South Dakota to write new security-related legislation, in most cases restricting access to information about critical infrastructure or security planning, according to a new study released by the Center for Terrorism Law as part of a two day conference in Washington. But a number of states are now reviewing these and other open records and meetings restrictions. (11/16/07).
