The U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington declined to rehear the case of reporters Judith Miller of the New York Times and Matthew Cooper of Time Magazine, who were found in contempt for refusing to reveal their confidential sources to a grand jury investigating a government leak of the identity of CIA operative Valerie Plame.
