A three judge panel of the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ordered freelance journalist Josh Wolf back to jail after rejecting an appeal of his contempt conviction and revoking his bail. Wolf has refused to provide outtakes of video tapes he shot of a July, 2005 protest in San Francisco. (9/19/06)
