The 9th Circuit federal appeals court told the Postal Service it must disclose the names, addresses, phone numbers, business hours and collection times for all of its post offices across the country. It rejected the service’s claim that the information is “commercial in nature,” saying that the Post Office is a government entity, not a private corporation. (10/17/07)
