The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals set aside the dismissal of a lawsuit challenging a federal prison ban on face-to-face interviews with Death Row inmates and ordered the case to go to trial. The suit was brought by an inmate in a federal prison in Terre Haute, IN., The ban has been in force since 2000 when Oklahoma City bomber Timonty McVeigh gave a TV interview just before he was executed.
