Delaware Attorney General Carl Danberg said in an advisory opinion that the state can release autopsy records reflecting the manner and cause of death in criminal cases but only the manner of death if the cause is accidental or natural. The cause-of-death splitting opinion followed an April 3 court decision that at first seemed to exempt all autopsy records. (5/4/06)
