A superior court judge brushed aside privacy arguments and directed that Pinal County release e-mails on the computer of former County Manager Stan Griffis. The judge said any personal data, such as credit-card numbers, could be erased. The Arizona Republic has been seeking access to the e-mails since early December. (3/15/06)
