The Arizona Senate approved a bill that prohibits city councils, school boards and other public bodies from suing to contest a public records request unless the requester agrees to go to court. The Senate also approved bills requiring cities to post meeting notices and minutes on their websites and giving the state ombudsman the responsibility for investigating citizen open government complaints. (2/18/06)
