The town of Goodyear, Arizona wants a university but it’s not prepared to let its citizens know which universities it’s trying to lure. The city attorney denied a request from the Arizona Republic to provide the list of nine institutions expressing an interest, saying it would be “contrary to the best interests of the city.” Reportedly, none are in-state.
