A citizens group opposing the expansion of an Army training site in southeastern Colorado has sued the Army under the Freedom of Information Act for refusing to release documents it says it needs to comment on the proposal. The Army wants to expand its Fort Carson site in Pinon Canyon by 654 square miles. (2/19/07).
