The Electronic Frontier Foundation filed a Freedom of Information Act suit against the Army in an effort to obtain records on the monitoring of GI wegsites and blogs. Noting that some soldier bloggers have stopped because of concerns about official reaction to what they write, EFF said it wanted to let soldiers know more about what the Army’s policy and actions.
