Lauren Ferrer

Lauren Ferrer is a communications intern at the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press.

She recently graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in political science and journalism. During her time there, she served as managing editor of the student-run newspaper, The Miami Hurricane.

Lauren previously interned in local newsrooms, including the South Florida Sun Sentinel and NBC6/Telemundo 51.
