Louis Serino

Louis Serino is the deputy director of digital communications at Reporters Committee, utilizing online channels to advance the organization’s mission to protect First Amendment freedoms and the newsgathering rights of journalists.

Previously, Louis did a variety of communications work within the Governance Studies program at The Brookings Institution and at the Sunlight Foundation, a government transparency nonprofit.

Louis received a bachelor’s degree in journalism with special honors from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Originally from Boston, Louis currently resides in Los Angeles.
