Samantha Drake

Samantha Drake is a Media Litigation Fellow at the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press.

Prior to joining the Reporters Committee, Samantha was a litigation associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP with a focus on white collar and investigative matters. Samantha received her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Northwestern Journal of Human Rights. Prior to law school, Samantha worked for the D.C. bureaus of NBC and ABC News, and spent a year volunteering overseas. She holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Maryland and is a proud alum of The Diamondback and Capital News Service.
