The Biloxi Sun Herald filed suit to force the Harrison County, Miss., sheriff to turnover county jail records involving prisoner abuse complaints at the county jail. The suit also claims the newspaper was wrongly denied access to a videotape that shows the fatal beating of one inmate a year ago. (2/5/07)
