A Superior Court judge in Boston ruled that police internal affairs investigation records related to alleged cheating on a promotional exam public record. The decision reverses a decision by the Massachusetts supervisor of public records, who had ruled that the records were part of personnel files and exempt from disclosure. (10/3/06)
