RCFP Comments on NASA’s FOIA Regulations

The Reporters Committee submitted comments regarding the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s proposed updates to its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulations.  The comments recommend that OMB’s modify the proposed rule to conform with FOIA’s definition of “representative of the news media” and adding language implementing the foreseeable harm standard.
