Selectmen in Lunenburg, Mass., went behind closed doors to discuss a complaint that three of their number had violated state law on holding open meetings. One of the two selectmen not named in the complaint recused himself. They adjourned after 90 minutes, saying they had turned the matter over to their attorney. (1/3/07)
