The Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission is seeking public records exemption that would keep the home addresses of all state employees private. The commission suggested the broader exemption after the Environment Committee backed a bill excluding addresses of Environmental Conservation officers, fearing they might be victimized by angry hunters.
