The Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission turned down a Greenwich resident’s appeal seeking records of fire hydrants, power lines, water mains, sewers and other infrastructure in neighboring Stamford. He had previously failed to get the same information in Greenwich. The commission said there were valid security reasons to withhold that information. (8/27/07)
