Connecticut Legislators Vote to Seal Employee Addresses

The Connecticut House of Representatives voted to exempt the home addresses of all state and municipal employees from public disclosure. Officials from the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services sought the exemption because, it said, some of its employees were being harassed by clients. (4/21/06)
