A circuit judge in Arkansas ruled that Gov. Mike Huckabee should make documents about the resignation of a state parole-board member available to the public, deciding in favor of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, which had sued the governor and the state Post-Prison Transfer Board for withholding documents regarding the resignation of a board member.
