Federal Magistrate Judge John Facciola gave the White House five days to report to the court on whether millions of missing e-mails are captured on backup tapes. Two advocacy groups have sued, claiming the e-mails were improperly deleted from White House computers. The Administration claims its record-keeping practices are not reviewable by the courts.
