A district judge in Carson City told Nevada Secretary of State Dean Heller to cut the copying fee for state records from $1 to 50 cents a page. But Patricia Axelrod, the Reno woman who sued Heller says she is going to appeal because that’s still too much. She’s seeking presidential election records and believes citizens ought to have free access. (2/15/05)
