A federal court sided with the CIA in its efforts to prevent a former employee to publish a book on China’s nuclear weapons. The agency says Danny Stillman’s book contains classified information. Stillman, a former intelligence specialist at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, was required to submit his manuscript to the CIA in advance of publication. (4/6/07)
