Delaware’s Supreme Court upheld an injunction that prohibits the medical examiner and other law enforcement officials from releasing autopsy information on a man who apparently committee suicide. The wife of the Rehoboth Beach businessman sought the injunction, claiming her privacy interest trumped the state’s open records law. (4/4/06)
