Republican legislators in Delaware want the General Assembly to operate under the the state’s Freedom of Information Act, opening all meetings but “executive” sessions of committees. They would also to put audio recordings of assembly sessions on their official website. A similar bill putting on open committee meetings died in committee last year. (3/1/07)
