Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility sued the Interior Department to obtain supporting documents for an inspector general’s report on problems in law enforcement at the Fish & Wildlife Service. The IG’s office declined to indicate when, or if, they would meet the group’s FOIA request. (1/17/08)
