A Florida appeals court ruled for an Orlando television station, saying it could broadcast information gathered from documents that had belonged to a political consultant at the center of an election law scandal. The station obtained the documents from a man who bought them for $10 at an auction sale when the consultant failed to pay the rent on storage space. (10/10/07)
