The Federal Emergency Management Agency is asking thousands of Floridians to give return more than $27 million in hurricane aid paid out in the wake of the four storms that hit the state last year. FEMA said many of the payback demands stemmed from private insurers ultimately compensating the victims. (7-4-05)
