Information Week reports that records obtained from a Freedom of Information Act request show the Department of Justice subpoenaed at least 34 companies while collecting data to in support of the anti-pornography Child Online Protection Act. The magazine has posted all 54 documents it obtained reflecting the breadth and depth of information Justice sought. (4/3/06)
