A report obtained through the Freedom of Information Act show that 30 soldiers and Marines committed suicide in 2006 while serving in Iraq the Sacramento Bee reported. There have been 27 suicides so far this year. The newspaper said the Army has committed to increasing behavioral health personnel but the actual increase in staffing so far is small. (10/22/07)
