After the Wisconsin governor was criticized for delay in responding to a public records request, the Appleton Post Crescent filed an FOI request for records of the FOI requests to his office. The records showed most responses took two weeks to a month. None of the requests were denied but in several instances there were no records. The paper ran a sidebar listing what information people requested. (2/4/05)
