It’s tough enough getting information from federal agencies, most FOIA requesters will tell you. Getting information on who is requesting FOIA information doesn’t seem much simpler. The Hill, a Capitol Hill newspaper which asked more than 100 agencies for their records of requests, reported diplomatically that the response “varied widely.” Some replies took months, some provided little information.
