Four computer experts have told a New York State Senate committee that hard drives in computers in Gov. Eliot Spitzer’s office have been intentionally scrubbed of public records. The governor’s office said there is no truth to the statements, however it is expected the statements will result in a new round of hearings on the handling of electronic records in the governor’s office.
