A federal judge ordered the National Archives to undergo questioning by a group seeking the release of Sen. Hillary Clinton’s telephone logs during her years as first lady.

U.S. District Judge James Robertson granted Judicial Watch’s request to explore why the archives processes some requests before others.

This order comes less than a week after the archives released 11,000 pages of Clinton’s daily calendars from her time in the White House. The archives has asked to put off Judicial Watch’s lawsuit for a year so it can consider how soon to begin reviewing the telephone logs, which would take an estimated six to eight months.
