The House and Senate negotiators reached agreement on an ethics bill that provides for disclosure of lobbyist-delivered campaign contributions. The measure requires lawmakers to report every six months any lobbyist-bundled contributions totaling more than $15,000. The House had initially called for quarterly reports on bundles exceeding $5,000. The compromise measure now goes back to both houses for a final vote. (7/28/07)
