A circuit judge in Arkansas declined to order Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee to produce the backup tapes of data that had been on computers in the Arkansas governor’s office during his administration. Huckabee had the computer hard drives destroyed before he left office, saying they contained privacy information such as social security and credit card numbers. (12/21/07)
