The governor of Illinois has been ordered to release copies of subpoenas his office received from federal prosecutors investigating possible corruption in hiring. Circuit Judge Patrick Kelley said there is no evidence that release of the two-year-old subpoenas would harm the investigation. An attorney for Gov. Rod Blagojevich said the order would be appealed.
