A federal judge in Miami has ordered a former terror suspect acquitted of terrorism conspiracy charges not to speak about the case. As the first of seven men accused of plotting to destroy Chicago’s Sears Tower whose case was resolved, Lyglenson Lemorin was gagged from discussing the matter.

Judge Joan Lenard of the U.S. District Court in Miami stated, "The court has a duty to make sure that the defendants are tried by a fair and impartial jury." Lemorin is facing deportation based on the same allegations he was absolved of and wants to relay that story to the press.
