A federal judge declined to limit public access to the case involving the removal of six Muslim men from a US Airways flight after passengers reported suspicious behavior. The attorney for the six sought the closed trial, arguing that some of the media coverage had been biased. But U.S. Judge Ann Montgomery said there was no basis for treating the trial in an extraordinary manner. (6/28/07)
