A federal judge in Santa Fe sided with a nuclear watchdog group that filed a Freedom of Information Act suit against the Department of Energy and the National Nuclear Security Administration in an effort to get some planning documents for the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Judge Bruce Black said the agency offered no rationale for its 17-month delay in providing the requested information. (9/28/07)
