After subpoenas issued during an investigation into the Phoenix New Times were characterized as dramatically overbroad, AP reports that an Arizona Superior Court judge found that the subpoenas were also legally deficient since former prosecutor Dennis Wilenchik "failed to make most of the required notices to the court and a grand jury after issuing the subpoenas on behalf of the grand jury."
