The judge in the trial of polygamous leader Warren Jeffs quashed a subpoena that would have compelled Deseret Morning news reporter Ben Winslow to identify his sources. Judge James L. Shumate also agreed to release mental evaluations ordered by the court, although the documents will be heavily redacted. (5/29/07)
