A federal judge denied a government request to seal the names of jurors in an upcoming trial of two men charged with helping finance Hamas terrorism activities. Judge Amy J. St. Eve said the government failed to present evidence that there was any history or likelihood that the defendants would try to interfere with the judicial process in any way.
