The controversy over access to official records from Hillary Clinton’s time as first lady continues this week with Judicial Watch filing suit against the National Archives to obtain records from the New York senator’s tenure as head of a White House task force on health care.

In 2004, Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit seeking to compel the state of Vermont to disclose sealed gubernatorial records from then-Democratic front-runner Howard Dean.
