A member of the Miami-Dade School Board filed suit against the system’s superintendent claiming he had unlawfully withheld records from her. Board member Marta Perez made seven requests for information dating back to July 2004, including an itemized list of the costs related to refurbishing of board member offices. (1/8/07)
